Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of food handling experience necessary
- Food Handler's card required within 30 days of employment
- Must successfully obtain a TIPS card and Class 12 Mixologist certification within 60 days of employment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid WA State Driver's License with a favorable driving record

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with F&B team members to provide service to guests
- Complete accurate cash handling transactions and follow cash handling policies and procedures
- Prepare beverage cart at the commencement and conclusion of shift by loading and unloading products
- Track inventory in a method consistent with training
- Provide immediate feedback to management regarding outside alcohol being consumed on property
- Understand and exercise professional judgment relative to alcohol service
- Follow Port Madison Enterprises (PME) policies and procedures and health and safety standards
