Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport, state or customs requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driving license
  • Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport, state or customs requirements
  • One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling services preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties
  • Responsible for shift schedule including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, back-up staffing, and shift rotations
  • Communicate with manager regarding any problems or issues
  • Schedule and conduct shift meetings
  • Assist in payroll administration, complete shift paperwork and perform administrative tasks
  • Monitor and enforce safe working conditions in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and applicable laws
  • Promote and adhere to policies related to safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities
