Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- communicate effectively in English
- 1 year of wheelchair experience
- ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically
- effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- pass a background check and drug screen
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1 year of wheelchair experience
- ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads, tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- pass a background check and drug screen
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal - as applicable)
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate the dispatch of wheelchair services and manage the scheduling of attendants for efficient coverage
- respond promptly to requests for wheelchair assistance from airline personnel and passengers
- track the availability and location of wheelchairs and mobility equipment to ensure readiness
- maintain clear communication with airport staff, gate agents, and customer service representatives
- ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and airport safety regulations
- monitor service quality and maintain records of wheelchair assistance provided
- exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
