Job Requirements

  • Must be 18+ to apply and provide two forms of valid government issued ID
  • Open availability is required for all positions including availability on weekends and holidays
  • Full-time positions are available and must work 30-40 hours per week
  • English language is required for all positions
  • All positions except fuelers will be cross-utilized

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in aviation or customer service preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to passenger assistance
  • Proficiency in scheduling and operational logistics
  • Comfortable working varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise the daily operations and activities of the wheelchair service team
  • Ensure efficient scheduling of wheelchair attendants across various airport terminals
  • Monitor safety protocols and guidelines in wheelchair handling and passenger assistance
  • Train and mentor wheelchair attendants on best practices and customer service excellence
  • Manage and resolve any operational challenges or passenger complaints related to wheelchair services
  • Collaborate with airport authorities and airline staff to coordinate seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Work closely with HR for recruitment, training, and management of wheelchair service personnel
  • Exceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlight
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
