- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, US Customs, US Postal as applicable)
Job Duties
- assist passengers with mobility challenges in wheelchairs
- safely transport passengers between terminals and aircraft seats
- load and unload passenger luggage
- operate baggage handling equipment including conveyor belts and trolleys
- sort and route baggage to correct flight and carousel
- ensure timely delivery of baggage to and from aircraft
- complete accurate incident reports
