Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Ability to physically assist passengers with mobility challenges
- Ability to lift at least 70 pounds
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with long periods of standing and walking
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment including hearing protection
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and security clearances
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to physically assist and transport passengers in wheelchairs
- Ability to lift 70 pounds or more
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English including documentation
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and tablets
- Eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Service as applicable
Job Duties
- Assist passengers with mobility challenges by safely transferring them to and from wheelchairs and aircraft seats
- Roll customer-occupied wheelchairs through terminal and up/down jet bridges
- Load and unload passenger luggage from conveyor belts and aircraft
- Operate baggage handling equipment such as conveyor belts and trolleys
- Sort and route baggage to correct flight and carousel
- Ensure timely delivery of baggage to and from aircraft
- Complete incident reports accurately
