- Must be 18 years of age or older
- excellent customer service experience
- able to communicate, understand, read and write in English
- meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and customs seal including ten-year work history if available

Job Duties
- Follow all safety precautions when pushing wheelchairs
- interact with passengers in a positive manner
- assist passengers with directions, flight information, and special circumstances
- comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements
- safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb
- assist passengers at baggage claim as necessary
- coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents for assignments and boarding assistance
- complete thorough incident reports for accidents or unusual events
