Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Treat all passenger information as confidential
  • Possess tactful interpersonal skills to handle various situations with clients and the public
  • Ability to read, understand and carry out written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
  • Must be physically able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand and bend throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 pounds
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a US citizen or have INS authorization

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out instructions in English
  • Familiarity with government, client, airport, and company regulations
  • Ability to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand and bend throughout shift
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Must meet requirements for a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a US citizen or possess necessary work authorization from INS

Job Duties

  • Meet inbound arrivals to provide wheelchair and special assistance services
  • Provide outbound assistance to departing passengers needing mobility support
  • Check and maintain equipment such as wheelchairs and aisle chairs ensuring safety features are functional
  • Assist passengers in and out of chairs safely, requesting help when necessary
  • Provide accurate information and directions to passengers
  • Participate actively in the Safety Management System
  • Complete documentation and reports in a timely manner
