Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting trays and pushing carts
  • Willingness to comply with company drug-free policies
  • Ability to work various shifts as required

Job Duties

  • Obtains the daily line production schedule from line supervisor to determine the number of trays that must be collected from dry storage for the day's production run
  • Retrieves and brings trays to the staging area
  • Pushes and pulls carts to and from the wet processing area throughout the shift
  • Places the correct trays by hand into a tray denesting machine and a stationary bin on the production line
  • Counts the number of tray packages used during production runs
  • Cleans and returns unused trays to a designated area
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans
