Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
  • Must obtain and maintain any required certifications e g alcohol awareness food handler’s card as per state regulations

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm friendly and professional dining experience by greeting guests taking orders accurately and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu including ingredients dietary restrictions specials and alcohol service guidelines
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving clearing and resetting tables for the next guests
  • Process payments close checks and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations maintain a tidy and organized service area and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours lift and carry objects 20 to 50 lbs walk bend and perform repetitive motions
