Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
- restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens
- serve as primary point of contact for housekeeping team questions and special projects
- inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality control
- maintain compliance with hotel safety and security procedures
- interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- complete pre-cleaning duties and remove trash and dirty linen from rooms
- assist supervisors with oversight of team duties
- represent the hotel with professionalism and sound judgment
