Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in budget management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred
  • Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Assure attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient service in all food and beverage outlets including restaurant, room service, lounge, and banquets
  • Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs
  • Continuously work towards improving sales revenues to exceed budget in food and beverage outlets
  • Lead and manage food and beverage team to ensure high service standards
  • Oversee daily operations to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
