Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and grooming standards, including certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative reporting efficiently
- Oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage purchasing
- Develop and implement engaging promotions to boost sales and guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to resolve issues promptly
- Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and provide support where needed
