Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and grooming standards, including certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and administrative reporting efficiently
  • Oversee food quality, presentation, and beverage purchasing
  • Develop and implement engaging promotions to boost sales and guest satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests to resolve issues promptly
  • Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and provide support where needed
