Job Duties

  • Guide the Rooms Division team with clarity and confidence, creating a culture of excellence and top-tier service
  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with company standards
  • Tackle operational challenges proactively and maintain ongoing communication with guests, team members, and other departments
  • Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and ensure all systems and staffing operate efficiently
  • Oversee multiple departments including Front Office, Concierge, Guest Recognition, PBX, Housekeeping, Valet Laundry, and Valet Parking
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee success and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
