Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years professional culinary experience
  • prior management experience overseeing kitchen staff
  • ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • valid food handler's certification

Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as chef de cuisine or executive chef
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • expertise in menu development and culinary innovation
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
