Job Duties

  • uphold Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards ensuring safety and smooth operations
  • lead, motivate, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • manage kitchen budgets, maintain inventory and pantry, and oversee food costs
  • create banquet menus and design food presentations
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • handle hiring and conducting staff training
