Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- one to two years related experience or training preferred
- courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude when receiving visitors and answering phones
- excellent organizational skills
- multitasking and time management abilities
- resourcefulness and proactivity
- proficiency in business software applications
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- willing to pass post-offer drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- answer phone calls for a multi-company phone system
- greet and direct customers, vendors, and associates
- follow up on collections via accounts receivable phone calls
- maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence
- provide general administrative and filing support for managers and staff
- complete special projects as assigned
- assist across multiple departments
- perform other duties as assigned
