Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • one to two years related experience or training preferred
  • courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude when receiving visitors and answering phones
  • excellent organizational skills
  • multitasking and time management abilities
  • resourcefulness and proactivity
  • proficiency in business software applications
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • willing to pass post-offer drug screen and background check

Job Duties

  • answer phone calls for a multi-company phone system
  • greet and direct customers, vendors, and associates
  • follow up on collections via accounts receivable phone calls
  • maintain a professional attitude and appearance
  • create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence
  • provide general administrative and filing support for managers and staff
  • complete special projects as assigned
  • assist across multiple departments
  • perform other duties as assigned
