Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- physical ability to perform duties
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to complete required certification programs
- availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Can reach, bend, stoop frequently
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to speak, read and write English
- complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
- complete and pass food safety certification program
Job Duties
- Display and maintain a cheerful and courteous temperament
- greet guests with Flanigan's "Smile Talk"
- engage guests in "Smile Talk" while escorting them to tables in a timely manner
- efficiently manage the wait list for seating
- communicate guests' questions or concerns to manager on duty
- keep foyer, host station, wait area clean and free of debris
- restock and maintain restroom cleanliness
- answer telephone within four rings and direct guests as needed
- conclude guests' visit with Flanigan's "Smile Talk"
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework
