Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Physical ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers
- Ability to work in damp, high temperature environment both indoors and minimally outdoors
- Completion and passing of Florida Responsible Vendor program
- Completion and passing of food safety certification program
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Able to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and place these heavy loads on high shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Ability to work in a damp, high temperature environment indoors and minimally outdoors
- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Complete and pass food safety certification program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
Job Duties
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- Cleans and sets up tables for new guests in a timely manner
- Assists guests by clearing dishes and glassware
- Removes all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors
- Maintains restroom cleanliness as well as outside parking areas, patio areas, and waiting areas
- Ensures that all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
- Performs shift changes, opening and closing duties, assigned sidework
