Job Requirements

  • minimum of 16 years of age
  • food handler certification if handling food
  • alcohol server certification if serving alcohol
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • ability to speak professionally to customers
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team
  • bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers
  • ability to work well in a team atmosphere
  • effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
  • operate concessions and handle cash transactions efficiently
  • manage gate and ticket booth operations during drive-in events
  • maintain cleanliness and safety in designated work areas
  • respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
  • assist in marketing outreach and promotional activities
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
