Job Requirements
- minimum of 16 years of age
- food handler certification if handling food
- alcohol server certification if serving alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to multitask in a busy environment
- ability to speak professionally to customers
- ability to work cooperatively in a team
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers
- ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- effective problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- operate concessions and handle cash transactions efficiently
- manage gate and ticket booth operations during drive-in events
- maintain cleanliness and safety in designated work areas
- respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate issues as necessary
- assist in marketing outreach and promotional activities
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
