Job Requirements
- Minimum of 16 years of age
- Food Handler or Alcohol Server certifications if applicable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak to customers in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Ability to effectively respond to questions from the general public
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual a plus, Spanish preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Serve concessions including food and beverages
- Operate cashier for ticket sales and concession purchases
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Escalate unresolved issues to the manager on duty
- Assist in gate and traffic control as needed
