Job Requirements
- Can physically stand and walk 100% of shift
- Can reach, bend, and stoop frequently
- Able to deliver plates and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
- Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Complete and pass food safety certification program in compliance with Flanigan's and Florida statutes
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance and running food and drink orders
- Be knowledgeable regarding food and beverage menus, current promotions and specials, and answer guests' questions clearly
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver to guests promptly
- Collect guests' payments through credit cards, cash, or gift cards, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of correct change
- Perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
- Pack and verify all to-go orders with guests
- Greet guests at the curbside pickup area
