Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Ability to motivate team members and manage performance
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ServSafe certification required
- Proficiency with cash handling, smart safe, and POS systems
- Comfortable with email and technology platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work at nearby store locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting

Job Duties
- Lead and manage employees by hiring, training, motivating, and developing staff
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new team members
- Perform performance reviews and provide coaching
- Enforce uniform and grooming standards
- Oversee restaurant operations including scheduling, food ordering, inventory, and payroll
- Ensure optimal staffing levels
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Monitor compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Conduct internal self-assessments and audits
- Complete inventory counts and reporting
- Assist workstations during breaks
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Achieve customer service and speed metrics
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Meet or exceed sales and profit goals
- Analyze P&L statements
- Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies
- Maintain records and safety standards
- Report inappropriate behavior promptly
