Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years restaurant operations experience
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Access to private transportation
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 years restaurant operations experience preferred in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Training, developing and mentoring staff
