Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- prior experience in customer service or food industry is a plus
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Job Duties
- utilizing knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, health and safety regulations and all wendy's policies and procedures
- providing quality products and service in a clean and safe environment to each and every customer
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards
- preparing food items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- operating kitchen and front-of-house equipment safely and efficiently
- handling customer transactions accurately and courteously
- assisting in stock management and inventory counting
