Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Competence in handling outdoor weather conditions such as rain or heat
- Willingness to wear a headset and use designated restaurant equipment
- Readiness to follow all brand standards and workplace policies
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and social skills
- Capability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with friendliness and professionalism
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
- Prepare, cook, and assemble food orders according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
- Refill condiments, supplies, and inventory as needed
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently without losing composure
- Follow brand standards and safety guidelines consistently
