Job Requirements

  • Willingness to stand and move for most or all of the shift
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
  • Competence in handling outdoor weather conditions such as rain or heat
  • Willingness to wear a headset and use designated restaurant equipment
  • Readiness to follow all brand standards and workplace policies
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Capability to follow instructions and work well in a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers with friendliness and professionalism
  • Operate restaurant equipment including registers, grills, and headsets
  • Prepare, cook, and assemble food orders according to company standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas
  • Refill condiments, supplies, and inventory as needed
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently without losing composure
  • Follow brand standards and safety guidelines consistently
