Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work long periods of standing without a break
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 50 lbs
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-food or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills beneficial
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple job functions
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Perform various roles including runner/line coordinator, order taker/dining room attendant, grill operator, fries/nuggets specialist, sandwich maker, beverage server, register/drive-thru operator
- Execute opening responsibilities such as salad preparation, pulling products from the freezer, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, and emptying trash
- Undertake pre-closing tasks including cleaning and restocking
- Complete closing duties like cleaning grills, vacuuming, and washing dishes
- Maintain high standards of customer service and teamwork
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in inventory management and product preparation
