- At least two years experience in a high-volume dining services venue
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to accommodate specific dietary needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety, handling, and storage protocols
- Passion for working with senior residents and memory care individuals

Job Duties
- Use creativity and passion for delicious food to deliver enhanced dining experience for residents in dementia-supportive neighborhood Wellspring Village
- Utilize an array of healthy high-end ingredients to optimize nutrition
- Accommodate specific dietary needs and special requests
- Maintain knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols and regulations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dining services environment
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely meal preparation and service
- Ensure all meals meet quality and safety standards
