Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum three years leadership experience in wellness or related environment with at least one year supervisory experience
- ability to obtain Certified Pool/Spa Operator certification if required
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with club management or retail software preferred
- knowledge of spa services and retail inventory systems
- strong computational skills
- ability to write reports and correspondence
- effective planning and decision-making abilities
- strong communication skills
- initiative and independent judgment
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- three years leadership experience in wellness, health club, fitness club, or spa environment with at least one year supervisory experience
- certified pool/spa operator certification if required
- computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of club management or retail software preferred
- knowledge of professional spa services and treatments preferred
- knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems required
- basic computational and budget analysis skills
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, time management, supervisory, and employee development skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- initiative and sound independent judgment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Ensure the Trilogy Experience for members and guests by modeling and maintaining standards
- support daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling, and maintenance
- provide hospitality to members and guests and support staff as needed
- monitor monthly sales promotions and review weekly retail and service reports
- develop programs and services for new and current members
- monitor member use and retention goals
- lead fitness room orientations
- lead fitness workshops and classes as requested
- coordinate spa events from booking through execution
- assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
- schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage
- develop monthly client reports
- provide excellent customer service and monitor member feedback
- supervise and follow up on member requests
- monitor facility upkeep and coordinate necessary improvements
- report incidents and accidents promptly
- prepare payroll and financial reports
- implement inventory and purchasing procedures and submit purchase orders
- oversee pool operations including staff, supplies, and sanitation if applicable
- coordinate seasonal pool bar operations with Food and Beverage outlets
- assist staff in facility equipment handling and event preparation
- perform other duties as assigned
