Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and or administrative experience
  • prior scheduling experience required preferably in a healthcare setting
  • ability to use electronic health record systems
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • dependable and detail oriented
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with Electronic Health Records or similar systems
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • coordinate resident cases ensuring accurate scheduling
  • manage appropriate staffing levels for visits
  • verify visits and support payroll processes
  • handle communications from prospective residents families and referral sources
  • document all interactions thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record system
  • ensure compliance and continuity of care
  • assist with managing new and existing service inquiries
