Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience
- prior scheduling experience
- preferably in a healthcare setting

Job Duties
- coordinate resident case scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- manage staffing assignments to meet resident care needs
- verify visits to ensure compliance with care plans
- assist with payroll support to facilitate timely and accurate compensation
- manage communications with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
- document all interactions thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- maintain compliance with organizational policies and care standards
