Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-2 years of clerical and/or administrative experience
  • prior scheduling experience
  • preferably in a healthcare setting

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in using electronic health record systems
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate resident case scheduling to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • manage staffing assignments to meet resident care needs
  • verify visits to ensure compliance with care plans
  • assist with payroll support to facilitate timely and accurate compensation
  • manage communications with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
  • document all interactions thoroughly in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • maintain compliance with organizational policies and care standards
