Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
Ability to develop and implement wellness programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and manage projects
Commitment to health and wellness principles
Able to work hybrid schedule with 3 days in-person
Available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, exercise science, nutrition, psychology, or related health field
At least 2 years of experience in developing and managing health-related programs
Experience creating wellness program materials, particularly for employer-based settings
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and regulations
Experience as a health and wellness coach or integrating wellness initiatives into organizational culture
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Duties

Develop, implement, and promote health and wellness programs that emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyles
Plan and implement creative approaches to employee participation and engagement to improve health and well-being
Conduct and analyze annual employee needs surveys, develop and implement recommendations
Plan and assist with client wellness fairs including organizing speakers and demonstrations
Engage regularly with employees to encourage positive lifestyle changes
Review client health risk assessments and consult on wellness program design and effectiveness
Coordinate efforts with vendors to ensure cohesiveness of services and inform client population of available resources
