  • Experience in medical assistant role preferred
  • Prior experience in senior living or care coordination
  • Ability to conduct wellness checks and assist with telehealth technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Compassionate and attentive to senior needs

Job Duties

  • Serve as the Senior Doc representative within the senior living community
  • Conduct monthly vitals and weights for residents
  • Support telehealth appointments and assist residents with technology
  • Perform daily wellness checks and provide companionship
  • Coordinate communication between residents, providers, and families
  • Participate in community wellness and outreach events
