Job Duties
- Help maximize the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales
- Deliver a friendly and helpful first impression with spa guests and ensure all identified guest satisfaction touch points are achieved
- Make reservations for spa services and ensure all information is accurate and communicated timely to all involved
- Support upsell and retail recommendations to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Maintain accurate reservation and appointment records in spa systems
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
