Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness or wellness setting preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • professional demeanor and appearance
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • work independently
  • passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service
  • CPR/First Aid certification is required

  • passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service
  • CPR/First Aid certification required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff
  • host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining how to safely use wellness equipment including cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities
  • educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications
  • ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools
  • maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality
  • collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care
  • upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate
  • assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed
