- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness setting preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- professional demeanor and appearance
- comfort and confidence in guiding guests through equipment use
- passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- CPR/First Aid certification

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff
- host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining how to safely use wellness equipment including cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities
- educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications
- ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools
- maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality
- collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care
- upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate
- assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed
