Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Comfort and confidence in guiding guests through equipment use
  • Passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  • CPR/First Aid certification is required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff
  • Host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining how to safely use wellness equipment including cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities
  • Educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications
  • Ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools
  • Maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care
  • Upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed
