- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness setting preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff
- Host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining how to safely use wellness equipment including cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities
- Educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications
- Ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools
- Maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care
- Upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate
- Assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed
