Job Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or wellness setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Comfort and confidence in guiding guests through equipment use
Passion for wellness and interest in recovery, health technology, and guest service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
CPR/First Aid certification is required

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar for services and staff
Host and escort guests through the recovery suite, explaining how to safely use wellness equipment including cryotherapy, red light therapy, cold plunge, sauna, and other modalities
Educate guests on wellness services and technology, offering thoughtful recommendations based on individual goals, preferences, and any contraindications
Ensure the recovery suite is clean, orderly, and stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, beverages, and recovery tools
Maintain guest records, including intake forms and service history, with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality
Collaborate with wellness professionals and providers to ensure seamless guest experience and continuity of care
Upsell memberships, packages, and wellness products when appropriate
Assist with opening and closing duties and light administrative support as needed
