Job Duties
- approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling requirements
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper uniform
- comply with company standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
- thoroughly clean and restock required guest rooms per shift
- prepare housekeeping cart with supplies for next day use
- report missing items and maintenance needs promptly to housekeeping supervisor
- handle lost and found items according to company standards
- follow all procedures as outlined by housekeeping manager
- perform other duties as required
