Job Qualifications

- ability to deliver plates and clear tables which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to speak, read, and write English
- ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
- complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
- complete and pass food safety certification program
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food and drink running, etc. as needed
- be knowledgeable regarding food and beverage menus and items, current food and drink promotions and specials, and answer guests questions verbally and clearly
- accurately enter orders into POS system
- retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
- collect guests payments, ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner
- perform shift changes, opening or closing duties, assigned sidework
- pack and verify all to-go orders with guest
- greet guests at the curbside pickup area
