Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use customer service and inventory systems
  • Proficiency with cash transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit customers
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for all customers
  • Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate alteration options in partnership with Alterations
  • Promote alteration services and personalization options
  • Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
  • Maintain a high standard of dress per the dress code policy
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • Support cash wrap processes and transactions with accuracy
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual merchandising updates
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
