Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use customer service and inventory systems
- Proficiency with cash transactions
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit customers
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for all customers
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate alteration options in partnership with Alterations
- Promote alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- Maintain a high standard of dress per the dress code policy
- Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
- Support cash wrap processes and transactions with accuracy
- Assist with sales promotions and visual merchandising updates
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
