Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling
- Ability to maintain dress code and store appearance standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, ability to meet needs, and be there for customers
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate alteration services partnership with Alterations
- Promote all alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards to support flawless shopping experience
- Maintain high standard of dress per Dress Code policy
- Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Engage in inventory management including processing orders and receiving merchandise
- Support all cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
