Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Professional appearance and adherence to dress code policy

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service
  • Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, ability to meet needs, and be there for customers
  • Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate alteration services partnership with Alterations
  • Promote all alteration services and personalization options
  • Maintain store standards to support flawless shopping experience
  • Maintain high standard of dress per Dress Code policy
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage in inventory management including processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • Support all cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
