Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of retail experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer flow

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting to customers, problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflicts
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs and being there for all customers
  • Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate to leadership when necessary
  • Communicate alteration services and promote personalization options
  • Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping environment
  • Adhere to dress code policy
  • Respond promptly to customer questions about products and services
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management including processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • Support cash wrap behaviors and accurately process transactions
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
