Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt communication style
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
  • Ability to uphold store dress code and standards
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching
  • Ability to use electronic devices and computers for extended periods
  • Ability to handle phone and virtual chat communications professionally

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers through problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customers needs and supporting all operational tasks
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
  • Address customer concerns proactively and escalate when necessary partnering with leadership
  • Promote alteration services and personalization options
  • Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience
  • Follow dress code policy to maintain professional appearance
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage in inventory management including processing orders and ensuring quality standards
  • Support cash wrap processes and ensure accuracy in transactions
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
