Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage customer flow effectively
- Proficiency with customer service systems and processes
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use electronic devices and computers for extended periods
- Adherence to store dress code policy
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
- Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs and being there for all customers
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and know when to escalate
- Communicate alterations services and promote personalization options
- Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience
- Maintain a high standard of dress as per dress code policy
- Respond promptly to all customer questions with product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
- Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
