Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage customer flow effectively
  • Proficiency with customer service systems and processes
  • Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to use electronic devices and computers for extended periods
  • Adherence to store dress code policy
  • Availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
  • Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs and being there for all customers
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and know when to escalate
  • Communicate alterations services and promote personalization options
  • Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience
  • Maintain a high standard of dress as per dress code policy
  • Respond promptly to all customer questions with product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
