Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Good vision including peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Ability to use computer and electronic devices for long periods
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
  • Problem solve and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service
  • Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs and being there for customers
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate alterations and personalization services in partnership with Alterations
  • Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
  • Maintain a high standard of dress to meet Dress Code policy
  • Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Engage in inventory management by processing orders and receiving merchandise
  • Support cash wrap processes and transactions with accuracy
  • Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
