Job Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent degree
- One to two years prior retail experience in an apparel, service or specialty store environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers
- Basic computer proficiency
- Capability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 pounds
- Adherence to dress code policy
- Ability to handle conflict and escalate issues appropriately
Job Qualifications

- One to two years prior retail experience in an apparel, service or specialty store environment
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and cash handling procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt communication style to customer needs
- Familiarity with dress codes and store standards
- Experience in promoting product personalization and alterations
Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting customer needs and supporting operational checklist tasks
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time, contributing to store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate the importance of alterations in partnership with Alterations team
- Promote alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- Maintain a high standard of dress to meet dress code policy
- Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
- Engage in inventory management by processing orders, receiving and ensuring quality standards
- Support cash wrap processes and accurately process transactions
- Assist with sales promotions and visual merchandising updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
