Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing multiple customer interactions
- Familiarity with retail systems and inventory procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Commitment to maintaining dress code and professional appearance
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong phone and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail systems and inventory management
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to promote alteration and personalization services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and adherence to dress code
Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience
- Maintain all service vows including being prepared, welcoming, ability to meet the needs and be there for all customers, including operational checklist tasks
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
- Communicate how alterations can perfect dresses in partnership with Alterations
- Promote all alteration services and personalization options
- Maintain store-standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- Maintain a high standard of dress to meet the dress code policy
- Respond promptly to customer questions providing product and service information
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Engage in inventory management including processing orders, receiving merchandise and ensuring first quality standards
- Support all cash wrap behaviors and process transactions with accuracy
- Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- Perform other duties as assigned
