Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel, service or specialty store
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- problem-solving skills
- proficiency with retail systems and processes
- ability to maintain professional appearance according to dress code
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- able to use computers and electronic devices for long periods

- willingness to work part time
- able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- communicate clearly and concisely by adapting style to suit customers
- problem-solve and resolve conflicts
- use all systems to manage customer flow
- maintain service vows including being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for customers
- provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- proactively address customer concerns and escalate when appropriate
- communicate alteration services in partnership with Alterations
- promote alteration services and personalization options
- maintain store standards to support flawless shopping experience
- maintain a high standard of dress according to Dress Code policy
- respond promptly to customer questions and provide product and service information
- build and maintain long-term customer relationships to exceed satisfaction and loyalty
- engage in inventory management procedures including processing orders and receiving merchandise
- support cash wrap behavior and process transactions accurately
- assist with sales promotions and visual updates
- perform other duties as assigned
